Dr. Krishnasamy is always informed as to why I'm visiting, she has reviewed labs results, knows whether I have sent messages through MyChart. I am not just another patient or MRN to her. I have not received anything less than exceptional care from her.

Waiting room wait time needs a lot of work

Well, when I said the time for my appointment with Dr. Krish being longer than 15 minutes, it did not allow me to say that I had been seen by one of her fellows by then. I never have a problem waiting to see Dr. Krish because I know she is a teaching doctor. I am very blessed tgat she accepted me as a patient at a time she was no longer accepting new patients!! I am VERY FORTUNATE to have her as my doctor!!

She gives thoughtful consideration to the information I give her before she responds and gives personalized answers that really pertain to me. So refreshing from the standard talking points I have received from other providers in other health systems.
