Coming from a very small town almost two hours away I was not sure what to expect. I wouldn't really say I was nervous just maybe a little apprehensive. However, the ladies at the front desk and the nurse that done my triage were some of the most friendly and helpful people I had ever come in contact with. They made this visit as comfortable as visiting a friend's house. The doctor was nice and explained things in a way I could understand and gave me time to ask any questions, which I feel is a very important thing for a doctor to do, it may seem like common sense but sense isn't as common as it used to be. I appreciate the professional yet friendly manner in which the doctor as well as the ladies in the front (and my nurse) performed thier duties.

Doctor had no bedside manners, my first visit. Did not introduce himself, no eye to eye contact, no medical records, doctor ask me why was I there, when my cancer doctor recommended me to him, my doctor sent him a note of what he would like to him to check fir, he didn't ask me If I had Any questions or concern.

I will write a complete summary of this experience. This guy felt from the beginning... If previous Dr. Whitney Jones couldn't find the problem....then he stopped...this happened on the first visit and the last. After waiting over 30 days to discuss the results of the procedure, he stands up and walks out while I was talking. Will contact Vanderbilt to see if they will request my records to discuss.
