The receptionist was pleasantThe male nurse was competent, but not overly friendly to talk to.One female nurse was terse and never explained why I was moved from one room to another.The doctor was nice, but seemed preoccupied. Once settled in, his comments about my heart were reassuring.My experience in this office of U of L Health was nearly opposite my experience with other people in other offices within the organization over the last two months. Others were extremely courteous and respectful of me personally and toward my health needs.

Before they put an Interpreter, for those who do not speak the English language well, that has been eliminated and an Interpreter is needed, because there are important issues in which to speak and understand better, both from the patient to the doctor and vice versa, I do not master the language much, but I make the effort and the doctor speaks his little Spanish, but the important thing to have an interpreter as established by law, in the Hospitals and Healthcare Centers of Salud.Es a great doctor, very treatable and always attends with great attention, very professional, very correct.

I'm hemiplegic n went to UofL ER and they kept me in the hallway overnight with about 50 other patients crying n screaming n monitors constantly going off. It was very stressful. I come to see dr bc dr n his staff are very caring n knowledgeable n treats us with respect. Thanks to dr Solankhi n his staff especially Serena n Carla. Very caring people

Dr. Solankhi took great care of me when in hospital in 2022. He and the cardiology team along with pulmonary team at Jewish did numerous tests to determine my diagnosis and treatment. They saved my life and have continued to follow up and monitor my health.
