Dr Clark is amazing. She followed my condition and ultimately I had surgery for carotid artery. She explained everything in detail, and performed the surgery successfully. She is caring and excellent bedside manner. She listened to me and genuinely cared. I absolutely love her! Would highly recommend her!

Dr. Clark was very helpful during my visit. I'm glad she was able to give me different alternatives posed to surgery. This really means a lot to me knowing there other options for my condition. Office staff is very sweet. I felt very comfortable during my visit.

I will not be returning to this provider. Tests ordered were not discussed with me in a timely manner, nor have they been uploaded to MyChart, nor was I given a copy. A separate appt with a different provider gave a different diagnosis/treatment plan which more adequately addresses my condition. I do not feel this provider gave me good medical advice or treatment. While the provider is friendly enough, I do not feel comfortable continuing in her care.

Dr. Clark was kind, professional, and knowledgable. Since her office did not provide the services I needed, she referred me to another physician. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Nancy Clark was very professional and genuinely interested in my health situation. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would require her services regarding vascular surgery or blood clotting issues. My friend that was with me was a registered nurse for 30 years and was very impressed with Dr Clark.

Dr Nancy Clark was great. This was the second time I've seen her and she made you feel like you were talking with a friend. She did not try to intimate you bc the word Doctor was in front of her name. One of the nicest doctors I've ever met I will recommend Dr Clark to everyone I know. Shelby is a great receptionist too. The new nurse was also nice. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I did not feel she listened to me. In a letter to my primary care doctor, she stated things that were not true and which we did not discuss. This is concerning to me as it goes into my medical record and is erroneous. I did not feel she was as thorough as she could have been. Moreover, I have messaged her via MyChart and she never answered. I messaged her again after several days with questions and concerns about my treatment and she still hasn't responded. She is the second doctor at St. Mary & Elizabeth's who has not listened to what I've said and has either assumed something to be true or put information that is the opposite of what I had said into my medical file. That said, my primary care physician isn't that good at listening, either, or addressing my concerns - sometimes flat out refusing referrals or treatment. Overall, I now have a very negative view of UofL physicians overall and will likely look to change providers and move to an alternative health care system.
