I had the first apt of the day, 740am. I was there ahead of time and checked in. No other patients were in the office. However she did not come in to see me til after 810am. I make the first apt so I can go to work and I feel this isn't respecting or valuing my time. This is unacceptable!

The staff in this office is very professional, kind & accommodating. I am well pleased with this office & their care.

Melissa LaMaster took care of me; the staff and Doctor were all very professional and courteous.

Emily the receptionist was very helpful. Taylor who did testing was very helpful. Selena who took my blood was very helpful. And Dr. Melissa Le Master spent time with me and explained what might be causing my dizziness. Everyone on that staff was very professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease.

Medical assistants and physician was amazing. The receptionist was not friendly. She was wearing a mask and I asked if I needed to wear one and she stated not unless I have COVID symptoms. At this point I was left confused like she was sick? It was an odd interaction.

Worked me in. Knee pain sent for x-raysBone spurs.

The provider seemed a little distracted during this visit. Normally, she is more attentive and not just gonna g through the motions

They took very good care of my son. The truth is that I am very pleased with everyone in the clinic

I've only been to this NP twice and that was enough. Both times I waited 40 min past my appt. The first time she wasn't listening to me about what was happening and thought Ishould just be treated with a muscle relaxer instead of doing anything to get to the root of the problem the second time she wasn't sure if I was due for a vaccine or not and didn't seem like she had spent time looking over my records or medical history. Very dry personality and didn't take a caring approach to my health care. I will not come back to this office
