Linda is always a great listener and has helpful recommendations.

I do not Ike the current phone system this practice has in place. It is set up to not be patient helpful. On several occasions I called this practice (not within the last 3 months) and was unable to get the msg to the facility. Once was after I left the facility, I called to give instructions on the med ordered for immediate use and I wanted them to not go through my mail order provider. Never got through to anyone, I just left and was in car. I lam very happy with this practice, but I do not like the new phone system in place.

I have been with the Louisville Medical Associates for over twenty years before UL. My provider was Dr. Anne Brennen. I've always been proud of my care with Linda since Dr. Brennen retired. It may be challenging at times when there's staff changes. The staff meets the new team members at their level of understanding to ensure their performance meets the employment description.

My provider, Linda Russell, is a very concerned and caring person. My daughter and I both see her and she knows us by name and remembers what she treats us for. I communicate with her through the U of L portal to communicate changes In medication and other related Issues between appointments. I feel well cared for.
