This was my initial visit with Dr. Krigger as my last PCP closed down office. I scheduled appointment in June and first available was this appt. 8/21. It was an 8 am appt in which I was there timely but someone didn't come get me until 8:30. Listening to Jody and Dr. Krigger it appeared that Dr. Krigger was ready on time but according to Jody there was someone that she was helping and someone was to help her by getting me but it didn't happen. Dr. Krigger mentioned she had an 840 appt and that my appt might be quick, which I hoped wasn't the case because it wasn't my fault or her fault for the delay. Although she was very thorough, I did feel a little rushed as Jody came in to let her know status of other patients waiting . Also rushed knowing that she was trying to get to another room. I was hearing things from both that there are time limits/goals with patients. I think with new patients there needs to be adequate time to get full scope of what is going on with patient and what they need so that optimal care can be given. At the same time as the scheduling of original appt I was given an appt to return on 8/24 because I was told that Dr. Krigger could not do annual physical exam at same time as the consultation visit. Also , I was given release forms to get my records. I turned them in the Wednesday before appt was hoping that my medical records would be back for the 8/24 appt so all could be discussed but it was not. So I appreciate the thoroughness of Dr. Krigger. I hope this is a great start to a partnership to ensure optimal health for me.

The provider did not listen to anything I said. The provider asked many checkup questions when I made it clear I was not there for a checkup but followup care from uofl campus health. She was unable to hear me and I had to speak extremely loud for her to hear. She didnt listen to my concerns and treated me as if I was dumb. It was very uncomfortable and she was 46 minutes late to my appointment because of double scheduling.I told the nurse I had to leave at 2 and she was insistant I stayed. It was extremely odd.
