I seen all about the provider, but I feel I have to give credit where credit is truly due! Samantha (Sam) whom works under Dr. Zoe was a major blessing for both myself as patient and my wife. Anytime I had questions comments or concerns Sam, his medical assistant was so adamant and one I never had to worry about not hearing back. That means the world to me as I'm a veteran and the VA sucks getting back. So Sam I take my hat off to you and thank you, thank you, thank you, for everything you stand for!!! I'll never forget you and Dr Zoe!

Referred to them. Was told to wait for a call. Over 2 months pass with no call. Had to call them. Came in, appointment was no more than 2 minutes. Would not let me speak a full sentence, no exaggeration I spoke 0 uninterrupted sentences in those 2 minutes. Interrupted me every time I tried to explain my condition and pain. Laughed in my face and said we can't do anything about a recurring extremely painful ganglion cyst. Said to wait 6 months. Generally don't like when medical practitioners interrupt me explaining pain I've had off and on for 5 months with laughter and dismissal. He turned to other staff laughing and making fun of the photo I showed him of the worst my cyst gets, but they did not laugh and expressed much concern to me which felt validating. Wrote down a number and told me to call when it flares up again, all while he was chuckling the whole time. They looked like they understood it was messed up. Even if the results are the same and you want me to wait, the lack of empathy to a patient who is obviously distressed is incredibly frustrating. One of the few experiences bad enough in my life that I've felt compelled to write something negative. The cyst is now growing in pain again but I refuse to call back or visit again and waste my time further. 3 doctors visits over 3 months ending with being laughed at, interrupted and kicked out before I could explain my pain fully. Definitely my worst medical experience

The reason for "8" rating rather than 10 for whether I'd refer anyone to this provider, was because of his accent making him a bit hard to understand. So even though I had no issue with his knowledge, skill, etc, difficulty with understanding due to a person's speech [not due to content] is a factor to take into account.

Dr Zou was exceptional at explaining and treating my hematoma . His MA, Samantha went above and beyond keeping up with my Short Term Disability forms-faxing & submitting, as well as getting my surgery corrected to HCOC Outpatient facility. She's amazing and thorough , to be commended

I am a ULP Radiology physician, so I am interested in the success of our organization. It would be to his benefit for Dr. Zoe to improve his speech in English. I trust his assessment and thought process, but he was sometimes hard to understand even for me. Office people were super.

I don't think Dr. Zou is a bad doctor, just not the doctor for me. He didn't seem to have any empathy or give reassurance as far as my injury. Seemed as if my care wasn't a priority to him. Seems very dismissive, keeps sending me away for a month of physical therapy, and stating that my ligaments can heal on their own and I may not need surgery although I am for certain that I do. He feels on my leg and says that it feels stable so it may heal on its own and this is without him looking at the MRI. I feel like I've wasted my time with Dr. Zou. He keeps stretching out my visits without giving me a surgery date, and it's prolonging my already lengthy recovery.

Also the nurse practitioner (I don't remember his name) who examined my knee before he went and told Dr.Zoe his findings was excellent, he was so polite and so easy with my knee.

Samantha was prompt to change my surgery date to a location suitable for me. She replied to calls & emails promptly. Dr Zoe was great at answering any all of my questions.
