Darryl L. Kaelin, M.D.
Darryl L. Kaelin, M.D., is a physiatrist at UofL Physicians – Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Dr. Kaelin earned his medical degree from University of Louisville School of Medicine. He then went on to complete an internship at Kettering Medical Center Network and his residency at Medical College of Virginia Hospitals, both in physical medicine and rehabilitation. At University of Louisville School of Medicine, he is a professor in the Department of Neurosurgery. Dr. Kaelin’s services include restorative neuroscience, sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation. His areas of interest include concussions, neuroscience, sports medicine and stroke rehabilitation. My son has cerebral palsy and sees Dr. Kaelin for his baclofen pump refills and also botox every 3 months. Dr. Kaelin is wonderful, always talking to Chase and addressing him and telling him all the information and treating him with such dignity and respect. His nurse, Jessie, also always goes the extra mile to help facilitate dealing with our pharmacy and getting the necessary PA's to get the botox, making it much easier for us. They also do a great job working to accommodate our schedules. We have had nothing but great experiences since working with Dr. Kaelin and Jessie. We loved Dr. Shaw, and we love Dr. Kaelin!
