Dana Bageon is very attentive. I feel she genuinely cares about her patients as people, not just someone visiting the office.

Dana Bageon is ALWAYS courteous and kind, and gives my family all the time we need when we have appointments with her.

In my past visits Dr. Bageon seemed to have time to talk about the reason I was there & seemed concerned. My last visit it seemed like she didn't have any time to listen or concerned about my well being. Maybe she was having a busy & bad day. She's usually very attentive & caring. All in all I like her as my physician.

I feel that my provider didn't show sympathy to me . I came in about feeling like I am suffering from anxiety. I was trying to get some paperwork filled out for work for anxiety,. I feel unsafe with the current job that I am doing at work due to my anxiety. I told this to my provider in her response was " I've never seen you in my office about anxiety so I can help you out with this." my response was "the last time I was here I spoke with you and your nurse about my anxiety the simple fact that it was not record in my cart wasn't not my problem . I also informed her that I've been suffering with anxiety for a while. I just try to find different ways to cope with it by praying and talking to God and trying to help myself out so that's why I really haven't told her about this condition.

I love how dr Dana takes time and listen to you and your concerns

Dana is someone I trust with my health issues. She listens to me and takes excellent care of my needs. I saw Dana when she was at the Dixie Highway office and when she left there I followed her to her new office.

Everyone there are nice and helpful in listening to what l have to say about my health care and needs

Great people. Now if they want to move their office to the outerloop say around highview in lousiville next to the police/gov offices be great!!!!.... I can take a bus or walk for my appointments :)

Had a good follow up visit to blood clots in my legs after going to Emergency room when leg swelled up. Learned some things and she going to look further into what caused the clots and how to fix it. (went off thinner for several days to have a split tooth pulled. She put into my records to never stop taking thinner EVER. She thinks my varcocious? Veins the problem. She is checking into options. Been using her as my provider since Dr Kothari passed away several years ago. Never had any problems and she very professional and top notch. (also, one of your questions mentioned phone call. I also contact offices using the U/L mychart questions section and always get an answer the same day. Able to leave longer messages then answering machines if goes to them.)

Dana is a top-notch provider. I'd recommend her to anyone I know. Not only did she provide a thorough exam, but she walked me through every single thing she was doing and why it was being done. She took the time to answer all the questions I had and never made me feel like she was in a rush to get out of there. I felt so cared for both medically and emotionally. Also, the staff here are incredible! They are so kind and welcoming and friendly. 10/10 experience for me.

My provider was amazing and thorough. She listened to me and was very helpful. The office staff is so warm and welcoming. They even did a follow-up call regarding my lab results. This office is the most caring an nice office I have even been to in the U of L group it was appreciated and refreshing.
