MRI and annual office visit. Our visit was great - for a visit to the doctors office

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at my appointment. Jessica was very quick to schedule me and exceptionally kind at check in. Allie was extremely knowledgeable about my procedure and made sure that all of my questions were answered.

After a severe head injury and concerns of my CT scan, I was instructed to see a provider from this office within 2 to3 days. It took 4 days to get an appointment a week later. The MRI was to be scheduled before the office visit. It took a week to get this appointment after several phone calls and being sent into a phone loop. We were told someone would call back and did not until we made several messages begging for someone to help. After my accident I did not need all the stress. The Physician failed to put in an order for a MRI was the reason given for the delay. When I finally made it for this appointment the staff informed me my appointment had been canceled. I was in a panic because I confirmed my appointment and was not notified about any changes. The staff was so helpful and rushed trying to fit me in, some how they thought I had not had a MRI. The staff was wonderful, the physician was wonderful. The communication between providers needs more than just improvements it needs a complete overhaul. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

This was my first time at this office the provider was nice and informative.

I have a history of excellent, professional, and friendly care with my U of L health group and would probably be dead today without them. The fact that they follow up on their work for years with the same invested team is priceless. Tell doctor koutourousio and doctor shaber that I cannot express my gratitude for the quality of life that they have made possible for me. Thank you and GOD bless you all. I would also like to say that when others tried to deprive me of the continued care that my team provides, they came to my rescue and insisted that I was their patient and that they would not let anything interfere with their healing mission. I like that caring and dedication.

The provider is compassionate and kind. I would like to see more notes on follow up of my care and maybe potential future outcomes.Thank you.
