Dr. Baharestan is an amazing, extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. She is always available to see me, and is great at explaining both the answer to my question or concern I'm seeing her about, but also the why behind it. I'm so grateful to have a physician who is so smart and who is so interested in and cares so much about her patients.

This doctor did not listen to me. I feel like she was dismissive and disrespectful.

I wish more time would be allocated to my annual physical exam. I always feels very rushed.

She tells you the truth about your health and well-being and empowers you to do your part in your healthcare journey. As a woman of color, she believes me and listens to me when I have a concern. That has not always been my experience. I value her and her staff!

THIS WAS A FOLLOW UP VISIT FOR AN EMERGENCY ROOM VISIT I HAD. DR. B'S OFFICE CALLED ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOW UP. EVERYONE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.AND HELPFUL. ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT HEALTH CARE WHEN I ASK, KEEP ME UPDATED ON ANY REGULARLY NEED ED PERSCRIPTIONS I'M DUE. VERY SATISFIED WITH MY MEDICAL TEAM.

I received my first shingles shot and was told the office would call me for my 2nd shot. I was never called so I called. Asked if my second shot was due, said they would check and call me back. Never heard from them and I followed up with an in office visit for something else and asked about my second shingles shot. It was never addressed by any staff.

At times I feel my provider is combative and doesn't really listen to me

My brother came with me to appointment. My brother lives in Easton MD. Dr. B came out to speak to my brother. Dr. B pointed out things about my current and future care.I have the most respect for Dr B as my brother has too.

I needed a new primary doctor, and am very happy I found Dr. B. Felt visit was calming, thorough and professional. All my questions were heard and acted on, felt taken care of with Dr. B, thank you so much!

The doctor seems knowledgeable, but she is brusque, dismissive, and seems to feel she knows more than other doctors on my care team. She questioned why I didn't come yo her for something I chose a specialist for (as if I was supposed to know she is qualified), Then told me the specialist is wrong about the medication prescribed...because it isnt Dr B's favorite! It took two weeks to get an appointment for an issue that SHE told me she couldn't help with when I wasn't in pain. I called when the problem resurfaced; by the time the appt date arrived, the pain was no longer accurate (as I explained would happen). At any rate, if I had another option nearby, I would not return.

The appointment on this date was a follow up to a previous visit about a concern. The doctor had given me some medicine to try in the event of the condition, and reviewed both its effect and the triggers of the condition. Ended entirely satisfactorily.

Dr. B is the most knowledgeable and responsive PCP in town. I have personally referred several pts to her. She is thorough and I trust her with my healthcare enormously.

I had a long wait. I was in the doctor's office and waiting room for about an hour. I saw the doctor for just a few mi uses. The exam was very brief. I don't feel like she listened to my concerns. She seemed to be in a hurry and the only advice was to go to physical therapy.

Dr B is a very caring and through doctor. She is very straight forward and easy to understand

My provider is not interested in my opinion regarding my health care. Their focus is prescribing prescriptions, as there is no other alternative options or plans. My interest is in finding a cure, not to address the symptoms. I have no faith in the FDA or big pharma. And my faith in Dr. B is diminishing as well. My presence at my latest visit was toxic, my conservative demeanor and dry humor apparently was offensive to the staff. There was a calender with a portrait of Stacy Abrems in the exam room. For me politics should not be in the exam room.Thank you for this opportunity.

I probably won't be returning. Passive aggressive receptionist, somewhat aloof and hostile physician not attentive or receptive to discussing preventive health and wellness. Very hard nosed attitude without much compassion or genuine concern for my personal preferences or input.

The office staff is always polite and friendly.When I call the office with a question or concern it is usually taken care of that day.Dr. Baharestan, DO is a caring doctor.

I have only recently started with this provider. We are still "working out" our dynamics of interacting productively.

Provider was supportive in my attempt to shed extra weight. I still have not heard back about the colonoscopy appointment that was to be scheduled.

I think Dr Baharestan is a good clinician and I have been a patient at this office for several years. Although she was friendly enough during this visit, she did not approach me from the other side of the room and certainly did not attempt to touch me. Vitals were taken by the nurse, which is appropriate, but the physician made no attempt, even to shake hands. She had my medical record and read the lab results, told me I was now diabetic (I have been borderline for some time) and she gave me a choice of oral med or injection. In all my years at this practice, I have rarely felt that my input was important. I had a 40 yr career in Healthcare, and although I am certainly not a physician or nurse, I am not unaware of medical conditions or my own needs. I feel that attempts at conversation are generally dismissed and the implication seems to be that I really shouldn't have input into the visit. I also am fully aware that the physician is very busy and must work quickly, but at each visit my impression is that I must be run through the process quickly. On the other hand, all my contacts with the office staff and nurses have been friendly, efficient, and thorough. Again, I do think Dr. Baharastan is a knowledgeable physician. Thank you for allowing me to express my thoughts.
