Seeing a specialist for my eyes is important to me. I don't understand why I have to wait so many weeks in months to see him but I guess that's why he's a specialist but I'll wait my turn like everybody else.

I have had shoulder surgery by Dr Rueff which was awesome. I'm now in the care of Dr Solaman for an injured foot for which I have had nothing but excellent service. I'm always recommending Ellis&Baudenhausen to anybody who will listen.

Dr Scott very helpful w/my dry eye problem! I had started using Xiitra and had a reaction plus allergies. It took me 3 phone calls before I was able to see a doctor for my problem. I have been a patient of UofL Retina group since 2010.Grateful for Dr. Scott seeing me!!!

I am 83 and Dr Scott never talked down to me and a lot of young people do. He checked everything . He is awesome.my husband also had gone to him. He also was great with him. We are going to keep him as our Dr. He's great.

Doctor needs to listen to the patient concerns.

Dr. Scott did not have recent records from Norton to view my recent A1C. I know it had to do with Norton's EHR problems. He was prepared to request labs. I was able to tell him about recent labs which informed the exam. Good catch Dr. Scott. I Iiked there was a dark room to wait while my eyes dilated. One thing to improve, techs using tobacco need to work clearing tobacco smoke from clothing bc even hint of was irritating to air quality. Great work all around from start to finish of the appointment and exsm.

I had trouble during the last year with the office personnel when I tried to follow up on my previous visit. Dr Scott rectified the issue.

Every doctor I seen who work for U & Health are all outstanding and cares about their patient. I seen Dr. Patrick Scott who is an excellent doctor he took his time with me he knew right away I was suffering, he asked me questions about my health and explain and even showed me pictures of things if this or that would have been wrong with my eyes I already thought my eyes were infected with D- mites and Dr. Scott examine my eyes thoroughly I did not have the mites. Dr Scott thought I have some type and prescribe me a drop just try to help my suffering of allergy. I should have asked Dr Scott if the eye drop and I'm on now could be my problem it seems like since I've been putting eye drops in my eyes they've gotten worse but I need them I have no tears. Dr Scott said my tears are evaporating quickly he is one of the most thorough and kind and compassionate eye doctors and of course I haven't seen anyone that works for U of L be nothing but the best. I would love if Dr Scott could give me a call there was a question I would like to ask him personally I really Trust that he could guide me in the right direction I should have asked when I was in office and I didn't but it wasn't Dr Scott's fault it was mine I have nothing but praise for Dr Scott. Thank everyone of you at Louisville health and the doctors for always being there for me you'll never know how much it means to me thank you

Good visit

The young lady in the examing room before the doctor came in she deserves a extra lunch break because she was calm not rushing to get thru pleasant and did her job, people have gotten so there is no good common courtesy but she deserves a pay on the back

My primary Dr wanted me to see Dr Scott regarding multiple complications I had after my cataract surgery rt eye July 2022 and I was wanting a second opinion about my vision in my rt eye.also my doctor wanted my eyes to be checked because of diabetes.dr Scott gave me what seemed to be a thorough exam and he answered all my questions and discussed treatment and solutions

Doctor and staff were very courteous and efficient, though they did not ask about my current medications or medical allergies. Overall, great experience!

Dr, Scott is very professional, explains significant information in an easy way for me to understand, is kind and patient. Dr. Scott explains what I need to do and then repeats the instructions and asked me if I understand. Dr. Scott then briefly reminds me of what I need to do and this is helpful as I am new to learning the process & steps I need to take to make my experience successful successful. This is good because as a new patient it can be quite a bit of information to take in during one appointment. His medical assistant is very helpful and supportive.

This visit was my first appointment with ULP opthalmology at the Springs. The tech was amazing! Very professional, fast and courteous and the MD explained everything very well. I will definitely recommend this group for eye care needs!

This was my first visit with Dr. Scott and was very pleased with how he handled my diagnosis of my eye problem.
