Everything ok

I had several eye tests done on this visit--a retina scan (image), a visual field test, and the usual vision checks including eye dilation. I was at the doctors office for over 2 hours, mainly waiting in an internal waiting room for 45 minutes or more (this after about a 15 minute wait in the outer waiting room, and in addition to what I will call the usual delays in an exam room waiting for eyes to dilate and such (which I understand is necessary). As far as I know, on this visit there was no medical emergency going on, and all seats in the "internal" waiting room were taken, plus a person in a wheelchair. I have noted at this office (Springs) and downtown that overscheduling of appointments is not uncommon (I'm often just waiting more than half the time I'm there for appointments which take over an hour to complete) and that the doctors (I've seen several) often seem they have to rush from patient to patient due to overscheduling, but this time the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Mohay is wonderful and her various technicians and staff all are competent and friendly -- but there's just TOO MANY PEOPLE TO SEE in the time allotted by the scheduler. By the way, this was a morning appointment, supposedly beginning at 9:10 am. I hate to think what people who had afternoon appointments had to do in terms of wait time.

Dr. Mohay is a kind, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable physician. She is extremely caring and makes me, as her patient, feel cared for in a way that most physicians do not.

My first appointment with this doctor. My regular doctor was booked up over 3 months The doctor I saw took time to explain my problems. I will discuss this with my neurologist

I actually look forward to my appointments with Dr. Eifler. I always feel welcome and his friendliness is alway there.he never makes me feel I am taking too much time with concerns. He definitely enjoys his job.

Dr Mohay!! None better than her!!! She been my opthamologist for number? Of years! She is EXCELLENT in her diagnostic skills, her listening ability, AND surgical expertise!!!She is very caring, very personable and has great sense of humor !! Well, I'm pleased to have her on my teamOffice receptionist/s are SUPER, especially girl I most often see sorry forgot her name.. Long brown hair. Very helpful!!!! Last time, went above and beyond to help me message an optometrist (for whom she also works at times) downstairs!!! VERY pleasant!!I would like any WOW card provisions to be given to BOTH of these employees on U of L team!! Thank you

It amazes me that every time I have visited this office the receptionist always has a smile on her face and is polite and friendly. The entire staff is pleasant and helpful. I was referred to Drs. Barr and Mohay by a family member and I understand why he was so pleased with them. Additionally, the staff at the surgical center has the same great attitude and were pleasant to deal with.

I was very pleased with this doctor. She actually explained what she thought would be the best lens for my cataract surgery. The eye exam was the most through I've ever had. Very impressed and would recommend her to anyone looking to be evaluated for cataracts.
