My annual blood test results were better than previous years. But I had a couple of concerns about pain, so Dr. Britt referred me for therapy which significantly helped one part of my pain. I am still in therapy for the other. I also discussed some concerns I had with my shunt and Dr. Britt made recommendations.

I had to wait at least 35 min for the lab tech to show up. Dr. Britt's assistant, Penny, LPN ended up drawing blood on me and the patient before me.

Dr. Britt and his team are courteous and uber professional I feel confident as a longtime, grateful patient.

Dr. Britt and his practice are second to none. He and his staff are always client-focused, compassionate, educators, and truly have the patient's wellbeing at heart.

Dr Britt is the most wonderful person and best provider I have any had the privilege of being a patient.He recognizes my time is as valuable as his and any appoint, I have had for the last 20 yrs, maybe once, I have spent longer than 15min in his waiting room. His time spent with me, explains all the concerns I have and his explanations are at a point where I fully understand his concerns.

The receptionist were fantasticThe nurse who did my checkin was also great and even asked about appropriate pronouns and updating my chosen name in the systemDr Britt seemed like he was in a rush and was barely interested in my issue. Interrupted me a couple times when I was talking and overall the interaction was just kind of cold. I was basically out of the room in 2 min and told to send him what I used last time I had this issue because he couldn't find the record.Overall I was disappointed with this interaction and will likely be seeking a new provider since Dr. Britt is out of office on Fridays when I'm off anyway
