The receptionists are not nice to one, I think they are a bit racist. Only them because the doctor and other people like nurses are kind and treat me very well

It was the best experience I had with APRN. I felt like she was empathetic and listened to my concerns as if she was my primary physicianMy primary retired and I was left without one, and she said without hesitation we can help you with that. That's made my day.

The practice checked my urine for a UTI. A member of the staff called later in the week to make sure I had received my meds. No one had ever called me about the results before that. And I was unaware that my meds were available at the pharmacy. That delayed starting on the meds by 1 1/2 - 2 days.

This provider had no interest in helping me with my issue, she talked to me in a condescending manner and was outright antagonistic. When I explained my medical history and past tests performed on me to help figure out why I was having nighttime incontinence as a fairly healthy young man she responded with "well what do you want from me then?" / "what do you want me to do about it, do you want me to run those same tests again?" (I don't know, you're supposed to be the medical professional!) I was adamant from the beginning of our visit that I almost never drink soda or alcohol yet she said multiple times "don't drink soda or alcohol before bed" My issue has never occurred after consuming these substances and I told her that when she said this. When I said that I thought it might be because I was stressed she said "maybe you were so stressed that you slept so deeply you slept through your brain's signal to go to the restroom" I'm not a doctor but that sounds like something made up. When I explained some of the things I learned from my past treatment from previous providers she said "well it sounds like you know everything there is to about this anyway". She also was weird and I felt like she was blocking me from getting up and leaving the room and was staring uncomfortably directly into my eyes. I would never recommend anyone ever see this provider.

Everyone in the office was fantastic and Carolyn was exceptional as was the check in and check out process. However, the highlight of the visit was the wonderful care provided by the Medical Assistant Torrie as she made me very comfortable and explained everything before she performed the action. I would visit this office just because of her. She deserves to be treated in the highest regard possible. Thank you for her working there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no pertinent area for discussion that I can relate on this venue, or at this point in time. Other then to say. That it would be more reassuring to know (medically speaking ) where one stands concerning discussed life altering surgical procedures that have been presented to me as a strong possibility.By having access to a doctor who is going to be directly ( most likely ) involved with the afore said operation, in order to clarify how ( or if ) things are proceeding as they think are necessary, or desired. And what is expected , and needed from my end, to make further progress towards the goal in question. And, whether or not my hopes and expectations are firmly planted in the reality of the situation and such desired out comes that I perceived to be explained and delineated by the doctors when I had my first meeting with them on the topic.

My care was a a very good experience. My only complaint is there is no validation for parking. I had to pay for a parking and I was referred by my Kidney doctor. When I come to see my kidney Doctor they validate my ticket. Maybe you all can look into that and make it a perfect visit for my appointment with Urology.

Better than First Urology. It's the fact that it could be just a little more private, with each patient

I have went to 1st urology for this same issue and they seemed much more professional, they also explained things far better. I didn't realize that until I spoke with this doctor about the same issue m, which I went to them because my primary referred me. I left and had no information are understanding of what could be done to solve this problem or what steps to take, I just got an appointment for a future date, and this is what I have to pay for, very disappointing. I am glad I have had the opportunity to express how unfortunate this visit was, and I hope it's taken into consideration.
