Abby has always been very attentive and takes me seriously, always takes what I have to say or my thoughts into account for how I should be medically treated. She is quick but kind. I always know that if I ever really needed to see Abby for something quick, she would find a way for me to be seen. We almost end every appointment with a hug & that means so much to me that she cares. Thank you, Abby!

The phlebotomist is rude and ill tempered. She did nothing to ease my nerves the entire time and only complained about the fact she was uncomfortable with how she had to perform her duties. She bruised my arm and stuck me through scar tissue as well.
