Most gentle, respectful clinician. She (Tanya Franklin) took time to listen and to explain. She was kind and professional with excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Franklin listened to all my concerns and answer each one of them. She didn't rush me and made sure I understood the plan of care before ending my visit. Definitely a good experience

Dr.Franklin was wonderful. She took time to explain things to me and didn't make me feel rushed. I had many questions for her and she put my mind at ease with her answers. I am so glad she is my doctor. She made me feel so comfortable even when the things we were discussing weren't the most comfortable things to talk about.

This visit was my first visit with this Doctor. I finally saw the doctor and hour AFTER my appointment time. This is not the first time that has happened in this office. I made my appointment in the morning just so this wouldn't happen. Dr. Franklin recognized that my time was short and made sure I was in/out, which is what I needed. But her student that came in before her was not prepared, was asking question not relevant to me. Well, the student was looking at someone else's chart!! I've been very disappointed in this office.

Dr Franklin during a routine exam Two years ago found a lump and immediately began treatment as a result I'm now cancer free but will see a Dr frequently because reoccurrencei is possible. Even though she preferred.me to an oncologist she continue to check on me and offer support and this last exam she is through and takes care of her patients both mentally and physically and emotionally with kindness and respect. I don't know if doctors get BEE awards but I recommend some type of award

As a Black woman, I feel safe and trust Dr. Franklin with my health care needs. Dr. Franklin listened and answered all my questions while easing my fear and concerns. I love having her as my Healthcare provider.

I went in for a nexplanon injection, and I have never felt more cared for than during that appointment. I didn't catch everyone's name but 4 people tended to me, one of them named Monisa who answered all my questions and made me feel so at ease! The woman who did the injection calmed me down so much and everyone made me feel safe. I bled a bit through the wrap on my way to the check out counter and the woman working it immediately got up and made sure I got the help I needed. Everyone helped get the blood off me and made sure I was alright before I went home. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to everyone who helped me, they are extremely caring and I appreciate them so much!

Dr. Tanya save my life, I didn't know I have blood sugar.It was because of her. I Thanks the Lord for her.

I really liked Dr. Franklin!!! This was my first visit with Dr. Franklin to establish care. Although the initial wait to see her was lengthy, my time with her wasn't rushed, she seemed thorough and attentive to my concerns. She took time to look at the paperwork I brought with me and explained things in an easy to understand way. I felt like we are partners in my healthcare and it isn't just an "I'm the doctor and know what's best" approach.

Dr Tanya Franklin is the BEST doctor I have received care from ! I have given her name out to anyone in need of an OBGYN. She is smart , caring , highly knowledgable oboit her field of work. She has always been caring and sensitive when I am with her for check up or consultations. Promptly responds to any email messages I have sent her , even on the weekends . I LOVE HER! My daughter also is her patient and she loves Dr. Franklim as well! Thank you
