I have had complete confidence in Dr Barr and the care I have received.

I hate filling out these forms because it's very difficult to read them. After all, I am going to the eye doctor. Also, what really bothered me about this visit is I was kind of in urgent need of speaking with Dr. Barr. However, I could not get a timely appointment with him. I couldn't get through the Person schedule the appointments.

I went to Dr Barr ophthalmologist . At their request I was sudden changed from the Springs office to the downtown UL office . The entire staff ( front desk ,his assistant and check out 2 ladies ) were the absolute friendliest office staff as a whole I think I've ever dealt with ! I hope u pass this along to them !

I had a detached retina and saw Dr. Barr as a second opinion. I was able to be seen the same day. Dr. Barr spent a lot of time explaining the procedures, and then spoke with Dr. Verma and helped schedule my surgery. I am very grateful to Dr. Barr, Dr. Verma, Sarah (the resident) and the entire Lion's Eye staff.

Dr Barr is fantastic he has been my Dr for @ least 20 or more years..He is exceptional.

Receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. The nurse was very proficient in my preliminary testing. Very knowledgeable. Dr Barr was fabulous as usual. Answered all of my questions and explained things very well. Overall, an exceptionally orchestrated visit.

Was called about 20mins past my app time. Was disorganized, my med assistant was good and very attentive to helping me. She walked me to where I needed to go and to the check out desk. The room wasn't stocked with drops, they had to go get. Need to be more aware of who's chart they have up when start to ask questions. I was asked about shot in eye. Which I never have had done, then said sorry have wrong chart up. I come here cause I have an eye condition that has to be watched an imaged. You can't do a retina scan out your spring office, which is closer to me. Lucky I had allowed two hr for my visit or would of missed my Tarc 3 back home. Dr. Barr is very good to work with and explains things well.

Dr Barr is very knowledgeable in my ailments. He explained things I myself did not know.

I was definitely impressed at the professionalism from the receptionist to my doctor. But I forgot to ask if my existing iglassprescription changed from my eye exam given at my appointment

I really like Dr. Barr and was sad to hear he will be retiring but happy for him. His staff are very cordial and his assistant, Savanna, very professional. I appreciate everything he has done for me.

This was my first visit and I was treated very well. The young woman that did my work up was very polite and considerate. My first visit with Dr. Barr and I enjoyed my visit. Everyone was friendly and outgoing.

This was a good visit. I have been consulting with Dr. Barr as one of my vision specialists for over 15 years. The only issue we had was his attempting to log into my records entered previous to the U of L Physicians system moving to Epic. It was for that reason my visit was considered a "new patient visit." My responses in this survey are based on the longer-term relationship I've had with Dr. Barr.
